Good Troubleshooting Starts With the Symptoms
It’s tempting to jump straight to a repair, but the same symptom can come from very different causes. Water beneath a sink, for example, could originate from a drain connection, supply line, faucet, seal or another nearby source.
Before changing anything, take a moment to identify what you can actually see, hear or smell. That information can make diagnosis much faster.
