The experience behind Proflow spans more than 15 years across plumbing, drainage, gas, heating, air conditioning and water-heating systems. That breadth is important because problems inside a property are often connected. A lack of hot water may involve a water heater, gas supply or mechanical component. Recurring drainage trouble may begin at one fixture but originate much deeper in the system. Poor heating can involve the equipment, controls, gas supply or distribution system.
Instead of treating every symptom as an isolated job, Proflow’s approach is to understand the system, identify the likely cause, explain the available options and work toward a solution appropriate for the property.

Paul Tran is the President and Director of Proflow Plumbing Heating Gas Ltd. and the experienced tradesperson at the centre of the company’s service approach.
Proflow has grown from that hands-on foundation into a broader plumbing and mechanical service company. Today, the work extends across everyday plumbing repairs, drainage and sewer problems, furnaces and boilers, air conditioning, water heaters, gas piping, maintenance, inspections and emergency service.
The company’s growth has not changed the underlying objective: understand what the customer is dealing with, provide practical guidance, perform the work properly and reduce the likelihood of the same problem becoming a recurring expense.
